"Patients in the hospital tents of the 1st L.H.F.A. making themselves as comfortable as they can with the heat and flies. The floor of the tents is covered with grass matting laid down on the sand. We do not carry any stretchers for the men to lay on. They do the best with a water proof sheet and blanket. Heliopolis April 15." (Original inscription)
